The oil Malupa it's a olio extravergine di oliva di qualità superiore of the variety Peranzana produced in Puglia in the countryside of Torremaggiore in the province of Foggia in the plain of the Alto Tavoliere at the foot of the Gargano.
It shows a yellow / gold color with small green shades. On the palate it is initially sweet but then releases a slight spiciness and a pleasant bitterness, characteristics that denote the superior quality of this extra virgin olive oil.
