Sea asparagus, a source of vitamin A and minerals, is called SALICORNIA it is free of cholesterol, lactose and gluten.
It grows on the coasts of the Mediterranean Sea and is used in the kitchen to accompany fish main courses.
They are excellent to accompany bruschetta and meat dishes.

After opening, store in the fridge covered with a veil of extra virgin olive oil.
